Pumpkin Roll Cake
Flavor was great but did anyone else have the cake turn out a little tough? Or is it supposed to be like that to make it sturdy enough to roll? Otherwise loved the cake and it was fun to make.

Sophie's Zucchini Bread
I was a little disappointed. I followed the recipe completely the first time. Way too much cinnamon and it has a cake like texture. I prefer a moister bread. The second time I used 2 cups of whole wheat flour, brown sugar instead of white, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/8 tsp cloves and it turned out more to my liking. Still a good base recipe.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
It was dry dry dry!!!!!! I followed the recipe exactly. I added milk, more cheese, more sour cream and made it palatable but it was no where near cheesy enough or creamy enough.
