Chicken Enchilada Casserole II
good, but to much sour cream. I used 3 cups of cheese and i also added taco seasoning to the sour cream. I also fry my tortillas first in a little olive oil. I fried some onions and garlic and added as well.

my daughter really liked the recipe. She thought it was good. I thought it tasted o.k. we also left out some ingredients. DO NOT FORGET GRAVY.
