Pina Colada Punch
This recipe was a complete hit at a luau I threw a couple of weeks back. Everyone raved about it. I didn't change a thing about it. Thank you Debi1 for the great recipe!

Tofu Salad
I am usually not a lover of tofu, but this recipe highlighted it with flavour and texture making the finished product quite palatable. It is a wonderful recipe when you're looking for a salad to go with an asian themed dinner.
