Zucchini Herb Casserole
I made these at home and then took leftovers to work the next day. My coworker loved them. I thought they were a 3 1/2 to a 4 but not a five star recipe. They do need more seasoning but that is all so individual that no one can tell your taste buds exactly what they need to be. You will have to experiment and find out for yourself but it is a good recipe.

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins
Do not miss trying these! I made these for the first time about a year and a half ago and these were the best ever. They remind me of my most favorite potato skins I had many years ago in California. They are a little work but well worth it if you love potato skins. The only other thing I added to ingredients was green onion which I love on these. Delicious!!!

Italian Sausage Soup
EXCELLENT! This is my most favorite soup...to eat and make. The only changes I made were to add 3 cloves of garlic instead of one, 6 cups of beef broth instead of two cans, two cans of great northern beans instead, I leave out the spinach, and I add 3/4 cup of orzo. I don't add any salt at all because this recipe does not need it. All my company I have served it to loves it and it is the favorite soup in this house for my husband and me.
