Grandma's Rhubarb Torte
Loved it, great hit. Shouldn't have cut back on topping or crust, despite having less rhubarb than called for (still used 9x13 pan).

Surprise Burgers
Very lean meat; moist with pureed pineapple & some sauce mixed in -->Not too filling, for a change! Nice change - sweet taste to burger.
