Italian: Know it, love it..learning to cook it! Lasagna, Gnocchi, Ravioli, Sauce, Cannoli, Tiramisu,Spagetti, stuffed shells, etc.etc.etc....

Chicken Piccata II
Fantastic...The only thing I added was mushrooms and artichokes. I put spaghetti down first and then topped it with the chicken and mush and chokes
