Green Bean and Mushroom Medley
This was a pretty good recipe. I didn't have any carrots so I left them out. I steamed the green beans and then threw them in the pan instead of boiling out all the nutrients. I used real minced garlic instead of garlic salt and just added some seasoning salt to taste and pepper (I only had black). It was good. It is almost the exact recipe I normally make just with mushrooms and onions except with green beans added. I liked the addition :) My version was a 5 - but I am rating yours a 3 because it seems like it would have been WAY to salty and used less healthy cooking techniques.

Roasted Garlic
This is the way we always make it. I have tried other ways but this one just turns out the best.

Best Bread Machine Bread
OK now I am sure there must be something wrong with my bread machine. This came out dense and flavourless and salty.
