Real Hummus

Delicious and so easy to make. I minced 4 cloves of garlic instead of chopping, reduced the salt by half, and added extra bean liquid. Great with pita bread and a cup of tea. Hubby likes it too. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Beginner Chicken and Dumplings

Wow! We all loved this, and it was easy to prepare on a week night. I used 3 large chicken breasts and omitted the thighs. Had to substitute cream of celery for the chicken. Tasted great. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

This is so delicious! I had both tomatoes and basil in my garden and was looking for a nice salad recipe. Glad I tried this one. I used Kosher salt instead of regular table salt. Excellent recipe.

Wow. This is really good and easy to whip up. I didn't have spinach so used mixed greens. The feta tastes great against the sweet mandarins and dried cranberries. Great combination of flavours. Thank you for sharing.
