Wow! I love this dish. I have tons of ripe tomatoes and basil in my garden so this recipe was perfect. I sprinkled fresh parmesan and pepper before eating. I'll definitely make again. Thanks for sharing.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

This is the first time I've ever made biscotti, and it was really fun and easy. The cookie is absolutely delicious, and everyone in my family loved it. I used an ice cream scooper (the kind with a trigger) to transfer the dough onto the parchment paper, making two 12" rows. I then dampened my hands with cool water and shaped the balls into logs. This was much easier than trying to manipulate the dough completely by hand. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I can't wait to make it again, especially at Xmas time.

Summer Garden Pasta

This is delicious. I had to make a few subsitutions (bow-tie pasta instead of shell, and I didn't have zucchini so used two squash), but it didn't affect the outcome. I ate it all week for lunch. Thank you for posting.

Steak Tip Marinade

Easy to make and doesn't call for exotic ingredients. I prepared the night before and let marinade in the fridge overnight. It really tenderized the sirloins I had. Delicious.

Easy Biscuit Mixture

This are delicious and easy to prepare (I used the easy biscuit mixture recipe submitted by Janet). I added more blueberries than called for since I wanted to use up the bag of frozen berries I had. Turned out great. A++++++++

Chocolate Pudding Cake

This cake is delicious! I used the easy biscuit mixture recipe on this site (submitted by Janet) so the cake was quick and easy to prepare. I was surprised at how gooey the chocolate filling is. Highly recommend to all.

Wow! These are a snap to prepare (I used the easy biscuit mixture recipe on this site, posted by Janet) and taste delicious! I didn't have chocolate kisses so used a chocolate chip instead. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
