Easy, Eggless Strawberry Ice Cream
Delicious! Used a carton of fresh, hulled strawberries, pureed with the sugar using a hand blender. Reduced vanilla extract to 1 tsp. Used 2c cream and 1c milk to fit better into our 1.5 quart ice cream maker. Yummy soft serve consistency. Off to the freezer to harden over night.
