I love to cook red beans, some people call these pintos. I love to cook country style pork ribs and casseroles. I love to cook breakfast. I really like to be challenged by just getting in the kitchen and creating something extraordinary from what I have on hand. Makes me feel good. My mom and my sister and I used to make Christmas cookies every year. Mom would make the dough and it seemed to take forever for it to chill so she could roll it out and then the fun began. My favorite to cut out was Rudolph. The first time I hosted Thanksgiving dinner I was about 22. I cooked the turkey and did not remove the bag from the cavity. OoOoOops!
