Jalapeno Popper Spread
Insanely good. Guests at my party couldn't get enough of this spread. It's amazing how much it really tastes like a jalapeno popper. I doubled the amount of canned jalapenos and added 1 fresh jalapeno. It gave it just the right amount of spice.

Lithuanian Krupnikas
I followed this recipe exactly as stated - and it is amazing! It was pretty potent when it first went into the bottles, but after just 3 months, it mellowed into an incredible, smooth, sweet and spicy sipping drink. Every time I give someone a sample, they ask for more!

Pasta with Mock Creamy Tomato Sauce
I found this sauce to be very flavorful and unusual. After reading some reviews commenting that the sauce was missing something, I tried using beef broth instead of veggie broth. It worked - the sauce was delicious. And the bit of chili paste adds a perfect background of heat.
