Ham Bone Soup
I did not use the slow cooker it did not fit but I cooked this on the stove and my husband raved about it. Great recipe, we will be making this again. Very good recipe for leftover Ham Bone. I've tried others, this is the best.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions
This was fabulous. I have not had this dish in years. I used beer instead of wine. I used 6 cloves of garlic and 2 each Green, yellow and red peppers, added garlic and onion powder. I also used 2 lbs of the Italian sausage. I served this over 1 lb of egg noodles seasoned with butter, garlic pepper and a dash of olive oil. Thanks for the recipe, the family loved it.

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley
This recipe was really good but if I followed it to the letter I wouldn't be a good cook. My family ate it all. I used boneless chicken tenderloins that was all I had. I marinated the chicken in Mr. Yoshidas marinade the morning before I made them. I added sliced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic. I would definitely make this again.
