White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
this was really really good. i think what might make it a bit more fancy is if it had artichoke hearts and maybe some roma tomoatoes on top.... mmmm. seasoned chicken with mrs. dash garlic and herb, sauteed it in olive oil. i only used one pack of spinach, (accidentally used the other one) and it wasnt enough for us. we love spinach. overall, delicious.

Anniversary Chicken I
i didnt find my chicken to be salty at all, but made sure to always add pepper. heres what i did: i cooked my own bacon which i added some peppercorns to, 2 cloves minced garlic in some evoo. while that was cooking, i cut slits in the chicken and added a teriyaki marinade for about 15 minutes. i then cooked the chicken in the bacon grease until done on both sides and place in my baking dish. i added some fresh ground pepper on top, and then just drizzled the chicken with ranch. i didnt follow any of the marinade measurements. i added the cheese and bacon the last 10 minutes and fresh parsley on top when it came out of the oven. i served with broccoli, garlic mashed potatoes and hawaiian sweet rolls. im not sure i would make this dish for children, i dont think they would like the tanginess of the flavors mixed.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
i dont usually rate so low, but i had to change alot of this recipe to make it tast good! one night i made the vegitarian version, the next night i just added a shredded chicken breast that i boiled in some s&p, cumin, season salt, fresh garlic and onion. heres what i did differently: i doubled the recipe! 1/2 t. cumin and 1/2 t. chili powder, a can of diced green chiles, 2/3 c. frozen corn kernels, 8 oz. cream cheese, a can of Rotel diced tomatos and green chiles and upped the garlic to 3 t. i also used yellow and red bell peppers and mixed in some lipton spanish rice that i cooked on the stove. with these changes it was delicious!
