Summer Tomato Salad

Very good. Would be very appropriate served with chicken or fish. The yellow tomatoes make the dish!

Cheesy Creamed Corn

I tasted this at a potluck and had to look up the recipe right away! It is a refreshing twist to the normal corn casseroles or creamed corn that is often served. It is a real crowd pleaser and everyone was commenting about it. The only ingredient that was ommited was the American cheese, but it still tasted amazing!
