In the kitchen I adore making breads and desserts...but most of the time these things have to have exact amounts or your recipe is not going to come out that well. So I am more partial to fixing main dishes and side dishes. With these you can look at a few recipes and then come up with your own unique way of making that dish. You can experiment with different things and it is really FUN!

Cranberry Orange Loaf
Delicious! Followed suggestions and used a glaze of powdered sugar, orange juice and vanilla and poured it over the loaf while still warm. Will not use any other cranberry orange bread recipe...I have found the perfect one!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Made this soup tonight and will not ever use another potato soup recipe! There is no need to! I added a few carrots and 1 1/2 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese to make it a cheesy potato soup. It's delicious!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I used the review suggestions and used the egg wash before dipping the chicken in the bread crumb. Delicious!
