Perfectly Moist Irish Wheaten Bread
My family loved this bread! I wish I would have had a better pan to cook it in though. It burned a bit on the bottom.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Really good starter recipe! I added walnuts and chocolate chips and took these to my work Christmas party. The cookies were very moist and yummy!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
This bread was so moist and yummy! The only change I made was to add some vanilla to it!
