Not bad, but I personally think its a little to much work for a veal scaloppini. Could be just that I did a sub-par cooking job, or bad prep. Thanks though!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

skipped the cream of mushroom soup. substituted beef broth. braised carrots, potatoes and onion and added them before slow cooking. went over very well with my peeps.

Just terrific. My kids (who hate everything) loved it! They love the tomato basil at Le Madeline and think this is as good. I followed the advice of another reviewer and added the sugar, lemon juice, garlic and balsamic. I also used half and half instead of cream. thanks for a great recipe! Next time I will double and freeze.

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

just terrific! I omitted apple and added a variety of dried fruits (fig and apricot) and did two kinds of raisins. I changed the pecans to pine nuts and almond slivers and added jasmine rice to make it a full meal. Warm, crusty bread and you are in bizniz!
