Wonderful recipe! I've modified a bit based on other members' reviews : Cut the chicken up and sauteed/browned it in the pan before putting them in the dish with the sauce; I also cut the baking time in half since the chicken was almost cooked; Added mushroom & broccoli in the last 10 mins but came out half-cooked. Next time, I will: try with chicken stock instead of wine, cook the broccoli and mushroom half-way! Great recipe though... everyone loved it!
