Linda's Lasagna
Wonderful lasagna recipe.. I find though that its a little bit short on the cottage cheese mixture? not sure.. but all in all, it tasted great! The 2nd time I made it, I sweetened the sauce a bit by reducing the tomato sauce and using Filipino-style spaghetti sauce which is sweeter.. turned out great!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Banana Crumb Muffins
I love how easy it really is to make these.. First time to bake muffin from scratch and I'd say I won't be buying ready made muffin mixes for a while!
