I love baking cookies and brownies. I also am branching off into salsas and sauces. I had to put into my wedding vows that I promised to always serve mashed potatoes with meatloaf! When I was first learning how to cook/bake I learned the most valuable lesson of all, READ. I was attempting peanut butter cookies and instead of using 3/4tsp of baking soda, I used 3/4 cup! Let me tell you there is no amount of sugar to add that would have helped.
