I love my time in the kitchen wish I had more. Just me and my love now but finished raising my kids myself 9 and 14 had to shop and cook everyday. I think I did alright, maybe a b or b- but learned fast.

Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake
How do ya sa it? Home Run High five it deserves 10 stars not 5. This is absolutely the very best cheesecake on earth - no changes- got my fork gotta go!

World's Best Lasagna
This was my first attemp to make lasagna, always loved it never tried it. It turned out perfect gone 1 day.

Zippy Three-Bean Chili
This is the first time I've broken away from the traditional chili. Thank you all recipes you have opened my eyes. This chili though very thick was , oh so good. Gonna do it again on first real cold spell, thanks
