This was a really nice Pork Chop, very juicy and tender! The glaze was very good and added some nice mellow heat to the meat. I cooked mine on the BBQ and it turne out great! I would make this anytime.

I thought this was a really nice salad. The dressing wasn't to think or heavy. I did not add the anchovy and I didn't miss them. I did add cayane pepper though to add some spice and it turned out very nice! I made it ahead of time and got it nice and cold prior to putting it on the salad!
