Baked Brie with Caramelized Onions

I'm only giving this four stars because I changed the recipe somewhat, otherwise it'd be five! The key to the deliciousness was a mushroom brie from Trader Joe's---the flavor fused perfectly with the other ingredients. Also, I used individual puff pastries to make it easier to serve, left out the apples, and put one clove of roasted garlic inside of each instead of on top. Amazing! Can't wait to bring it to a party!

I made half of this recipe, and I really wouldn't have wanted any more than that. My batch was dominated by tahini as I added a little more to make it thicker. Don't take out the seeds of the pepper, otherwise you won't be able to taste it!

Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash

This was great! I left out the celery because I had none and applied a little extra brown sugar to the squash. A perfect combination of sweet and savory!

Sweet and Nutty Moroccan Couscous

Overall, the flavor was really good. I used 1/2 c of all of the fruits just to have a little more in the recipe. I also added a bit of sugar to help bring out the cinnamon flavor. However, like other reviews have said, it is a bit DRY, so use extra vegetable stock!

Manti (Turkish 'Ravioli' with Yogurt Sauce)

When we tried it, it was a little bland, so we added more paprika, salt and pepper at the table. Once it was a little spicer, it had a great flavor! Very easy, would make it again.

Orzo Delicioso

This recipe makes a lot of food, so expect leftovers! It's also pretty bland, but perked up after I added a bit of rosemary and thyme.
