I am 27 yrs old and started cooking with my grandmother at a very young age. I have a wonderful daughter and husband that I love to cook for. Really anything,I like to have a variety of different recipes. I tend to get tired of recipes so I am constantly searching for new ones. That is why I love this site I have found some awesome recipes here!! Every Sunday my mother in-law and I have an experiment night. We have to cook something we have never cooked before. We have made some pretty tasty meals,and we have alot of fun doing it. The first time I cooked an Irish stew, I was a little leary of the lamb and if it would taste gamey. I soaked it overnight in buttermilk and the stew was a big hit! I made spring rolls and they turned out great (at first). The only problem was that the rest of the food wasn't ready,so instead of putting them in the oven,I popped them in the microwave.(don't know what I was thinking)They were soft instead of crispy total disaster!!
