Beer Pancakes
We tried this recipe using a Holiday Pumpkin Beer, and a dash of brown sugar. WOW. It was So delicious... I did have to add extra flower though because the batter turned out to runny and the pancakes ended up very thin. I did notice that the cooking times were odd, when the bottom was done the top was still to soft to flip, it tried to run all over the pan. But we made it work and they were still delicious...even if they weren't pretty.
