Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
fantastic and very simple, i would suggest using at most half of the flour, the sauce was far too thick. the second time i made it i used only 2 teaspoons of flour and added some grated parmesean cheese to the sauce, turned out much better. oh and i minced the mushrooms, just a personal prefrence though.

Baked Round Steak in Barbeque Sauce
This recipe was pretty good. I took the advice of others and doubled the sauce ingredients and it made it very saucy. However next time i would only do 1.5 times more vinegar b/c it turned out very vinegary. Other alterations to the recipe i made were using liquid honey mustard instead of dry mustard and added a lil onion powder and used seasoned salt instead of regular salt. I also browned the steak then added the ingredients to a big sauce pan and just simmered it covered for about an hour and a half and it was fall apart tender.

Japanese Zucchini and Onions
This is a great recipie; it's super easy and was surprisingly quick to make. I used canola oil instead of vegetable oil cuz it's all I had and I a dash of sesame oil in with it while it was warming and also omitted the ground pepper cuz I prefer it a bit sweeter and it turned out incredible.
