I have been baking professionally for the last 18 years. This is my third baking business where primarily I make wedding cakes. I love to bake but on my own time I enjoy experimenting with new cuisine ideas that are fresh and healthy My grandmother was a baker and at the age of 3 I began baking in my small oven whenever she kept me and was working for her clients. I love this and hope my daughter will also enjoy baking with me. I have made cakes for a few celebrities but really enjoy helping create a wedding cake for each and every bride that makes them feel like they are also celebrities! I am not the best cook when it come to poultry. I invited my sister-in-law and husband to dinner one night and I thought I had cooked the oven roasted stuffed chicken to perfection only to find out that mid cooking I accidently turned off the oven. Pizza night became an instant plan B
