Shrimp and Crab Bisque
A big hit with my family...Yummy! After reading the reviews I doubled the recipe, using both crabmeat and baby shrimp, no salt, sherry instead of wine & adding a dallop of tomato sauce. It was delicious!!!!

Potato Dumplings with Bacon and Onions
Some of the dumpling fell apart while boiling. The ones that came out okay were very bland. Not worth the effort.

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche
I've made this a few times now and have tweeked it to perfection. I add a little less mayo and 1 more egg and it comes out perfect everytime!
