Cinnamon and Lime Chicken Fajitas

I was wary of this dish just by the name. After reading the rave reviews, I decided to give it a try. Maybe I did something wrong, but the fusion of cinnamon and lime was TERRIBLE! I will not make this ever again.

Very Fruity Rum Punch

I used lemon-lime soda with the frozen juices, and that made it so easy to drink. Also, I left out the banana liquor and grenadine. There was plenty of flavor just from the juices and soda. It was delicious though.

Baked Potato Soup V

Amazing dinner! I used 3 cups 1% milk and 3 cups whole milk. Also, I would DEFINATELY only use real bacon. This soup is so filling and it really warms your bones. It's a new favorite.

Quick Gnocchi

this was my first time with gnocchi. the dough was SO sticky and really hard to work with. the final product was really chewy and bland. i might give them another shot since i have all these potatoe flakes now.

Cheese Ravioli with Three Pepper Topping

Great recipe! So unique!! I took the advice of others and added some Parmesan for serving, and I think that definately made the dish. Also, I only needed 1 cup of chicken broth. I love the change from red sauce though.

Italian Chocolate Cookies

A HUGE hit at the office!! I love the slightly dry texture. One thing though, these definately are not Italian by any means.

Healthy Banana Cookies

I left out the dates. I was surprised at how delicious these cookies were. My bananas were not extremely ripe, which I think helped the dough stay together. I did not need an egg. Definitely add some cinnamon and maybe cook another 8-10 mins then directed. Be prepared for a strangely textured cookie. I will absolutely make them again!!
