Arroz con Pollo II
Oh my goodness!! This was a wonderful meal. I wouldn't change a thing. I used "fresh" saffron and it made the dish have such a wonderful taste - well worth it!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
OH MY GOODNESS!!! I have tried many, MANY, different recipes for pumpkin bread, and this recipe is leaps and bounds above the rest. I followed the advice from other reviewers who suggested to double the spices, so I did!! Doing so, give the bread a very flavorful taste. YOU'RE GONNA LOVE THIS BREAD!!!
