My cooking triumphs
Two years ago I hosted my first Thanksgiving and didn't poison anyone! And just last weekend I prepared the Simple Whole Roasted Chicken that I found on this site and it was a big hit with my entire family.
My cooking tragedies
I burn things. Alot.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Very good! I followed the recipe as is and there were not any leftovers, it was a big hit with the whole family. My two year old loved them!

Jambalaya Casserole
Very good! Spicy! I loved it, my two children (ages 2 and 4) were not of the same mind though. This makes ALOT of food! It was very filling and really hit the spot, with the amount of leftovers we have, we will most likely be eating on this for awhile or giving some of it away!
