Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake
This was soooooo good, ricotta can be a little bland so I added a scant amount of fresh grated nutmeg and served with blueberry sauce that I added a little nutmeg to as well. Helps a little to keep from cracking if you put a pan 1/2 full of water in the oven w/the cheesecake. Thanks for a lighter authentic cheesecake recipe!

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta
This was awesome, we had several friends over and everyone LOVED it, will make again and again. It was really easy too, thanks for a great recipe!

Sour Cream Burgers
These are SOOOO flavorful, gotta be careful with them though, they're really moist and fall apart easily
