Is probably a great recipe with some extra instruction or some adjustments. I did not read the other reviews before making this recipe, so I cooked the crust as stated in the recipe. It is hard as a rock. I just took the cheesecake out of the spring form to put on a plate and the carmel is still not set. It has been in the fridge for 6 hours and the carmel just ran out from the center. I cooked the carmels per the recipe...I cooked until they were melted and it had a "Smooth" consistancy. Maybe the recipe should state until it has thinkened. I may try it again...not sure...
