I have been married for 23 years and have 2 sons, age 10 and 12. We moved to Texas about 5 years ago and love it!

I love cooking just about anything...I like to try new things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
When I was a kid my parents would make holiday candy and cookies with my brother, sister and me. We would pull taffy, make hard candy and fudge. My 10 year old son loves to bake with me. He is pretty good at it.

Tandoori Chicken II
Great recipe. I made it as the recipe stated and it turned out great. The marinade actually sticks to the cheicken! My whole family liked this one...even my very picky 10 and 12 year old!

Strawberry Pretzel Salad
My grandmother used to make this recipe...or one very simalar. I tried it with the pineapple and strawberry as suggested by one of the other reviews...VERY GOOD!
