I substituted 2 1/2 cups fresh apricots, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 cup water. Cooked mixture till liquid thickened. All else was to Recipe. Raves are assured.
