About this Cook
Well, I would rate myself as an expert however that catagory stated that they like my cooking and that is not true!!! I feed a family of 3 "men" that never can agree on anything. I'm a yard duty/crossing guard 10 mos per year and really need to be creative during our lean summer months.
My favorite things to cook
I love my crockpot and getting as many veggies in there as possible cuz' maybe one day one of my kids will actually eat one and like it.Also a brownie fanatic and love to add things in.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Any time I do a whole chicken a l'range that is I stuff a whole bird with oranges and lemons. Add some boxed stuffing and a can of green beans they all love it! Then a few days later use the carcass for a chicken noodle type casserole YUM!
My cooking triumphs
Creating my own successful version of chicken and peppers (instead of sausage and peppers). And of course any meal that all in my household eat .
My cooking tragedies
I do tend to burn stuff because I'm pulled in many different directions in my daily life.

This was fabulous!! We made it as one of our homeschool projects and it turned out great, my son discovered he likes muchrooms. He followed this recipe so it is simple enough for a tweenager to prepare. We used a few leftover drums from BBQ few nights prior gave it a nice grilled flavor. this will be a regular lunch preperation. Did use 6 cups liguid (water and bouillion cubes) for 6 servings
