I have my elementary teaching degree and currently in the process of applying for teaching jobs. I love to make dinner for my fiance. It is my favorite hobby. It makes me happy to hear how much he loves my cooking. Hopefully he isn't lying. I am not much of a baker, but I do a little. Pasta is by far my favorite! But I like to make soup, chili, casseroles, anything that is more of a one dish meal. As far as baking goes, I like to make banana bread, corn bread, cookies and crisps. My fiance and I started baking together. We made cookies for all of our friends. I loved spending time with him in the kitchen. I have been perfecting my chili recipe and I am pretty impressed. Also, my friend asked me to cook her pasta with shrimp because she loved mine so much. That was pretty exciting! I have made some very odd batches of chocolate chip cookies. I am not sure exactly what happened, but they just did not turn out quite right. They did still taste good.
