Being from the south, I can make a mean Gumbo, Fried Solfshell Crabs, Crab Cakes, Stuffed Shrimp, etc. I have studied in the culinary arts, and have learned to cook foods from around the world. Name it and I will hit it with my best shot!!

My cooking tragedies
Doing a Thanksgiving Dinner party for 50 clients with 6 deep fried turkeys and opened the back door of my suv and that was parked on a hill and watch along with everyone else the turkeys roll out onto the street and down the hill............lol Thank God everyone found it funny and I ran to a local fast food place and ordered fried chicken........lol That's been over 10 years ago but everytime I think about it I bust out laughing!!!!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
Yep this was AWESOME!!! So easy to make. This recipe is a true winner!!! Oh and for a twist sometimes try some panko bread crumbs. My kids love it that way. We have it once a week in our family and no one is tired of it yet!!! Hats off to you Vero!!! Well done

Simple Tuna Spread
WOW!!! This was great and fast!! I needed a fast recipe for a cocktail party and used this one. After I made it I place it in some pastry mini cups and baked them for 12 minutes then added a little cheese on top. Needless to say they were the first to go on the table. Thank you for an awesome recipe!!!!!!
