Great dessert for a small group - and so easy to be so good ! It's hard to find dessert recipes for 4-6 people so this was perfect for me. I used frozen blueberries and dusted them with flour before using. I also added 1 Tblsp. Passion Fruit Butter Spread that I had available. Thanks for the great recipe - it's in my file for sure !

I just didn't find this to be a 5-star like so many other reviewers - it was fine, but just not a knock-out ! I thought the shrimp would be more flavorful with all the great ingredients!

I have an apple tree and needed to find a good recipe for my abundance of apples - I think I found it here - I've made at least 6 batches so far - I always get raves ! I did follow some of the other reviews suggestions and put cinnamon in the batter and grated the apples - at least 2 full cups! Makes the batter much moister as well muffins - I use the larger muffin pans as well ! They freeze well too !
