I am a professional working too many hours but I still love to cook for my family and friends. Planning parties and events is fun for me and a way to focus on things other than work. I love to cook anything. Trying new recipes and perfecting those that I have been making for years is a great hobby for me. Food has always been very important in my family. We are creating new "traditions" all the time. I prepared all the food for a friends wedding. It was a great success and tons of fun. No real major tragedies, however, the last time I made swiss steak it was horrible. Tough and no flavor. My family declared that a disaster-
