Cinnamon Popcorn

The flavor of this popcorn was wonderful, however the popcorn seemed to shrink up after adding the butter/cinnamon mixture and baking.

This recipe is so good. I made it tonight for a special treat for me and my kids. I cut the amount of popcorn in half and almost doubled the amount of "sauce". It turned out great. It was a little gooey, but we liked it that way.

Coconut Macaroon Pie

This pie was really good. It cooked all the way through no problem. I also baked the pie at 325 for 45 min. turned the oven off and left the pie in for an additional 10 min. Along with the pecans I added a few chocolate chips and butterschotch chips! Very good.
