French Bread
awesome. but take the advice of others and add the Tbsp of oil and the extra bit of water. tried it both ways and without that e xtra liquid my dough was hard and didn't rise nicely. with the extra it turns aout amazing everytime!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Amazing recipe! The cookies turned out perfectly - soft and chewy with a touch of crisp on the edges! So good! I only dropped the cookie (in dough form) into the sugar - on 1 side and flattened (as per other reviews), and instead of water I used spiced rum. These cookies do not spread or change shape much in baking. I will use this recipe again!

Sweet Dinner Rolls
so good, perfect texture! I used the dough to make meat buns, and they turned out awesome!
