Iced Pumpkin Cookies
These are positively DELICIOUS! I'm not big on cakey cookies but these were SO soft and full of flavor! I took some to a pumpkin carving part and got lots of compliments -- people asked for some to take home!! I, like many other reviewers, doubled the spices and added a teaspoon of ground ginger. I used cream cheese frosting on top because I had some I needed to get rid of. It was tasty, but I'll try the glaze next time, because the frosting made them pretty messy.

Oma's Cottage Cheesecake
This is a nice, light pie. It could use a little more flavor, but still a nice treat. I used Splenda instead of sugar and baked it in a pie pan.

Cabbage Sloppy Joes
These were tasty! I loved the cabbage. As a vegetarian, I used GimmeLean Ground Beef Style as a meat replacement and it worked out great. The only thing I would change is use less brown sugar in the sauce. It was almost too sweet. Maybe just two tbsp of sugar.
