First I have to say that I am not really a breakfast food person. It was ok, but not something I will make again unless I have guests over and cannot find anything else. I used 6 eggs, upped the cheddar cheese to 1 cup, upped the mozarella cheese, used 4 Tbs of milk. I think the others that doubled the recipe must have been using a pie pan, because it did not all fit in the quiche pan. I used the No Fail Pie Crust III recipe from this site, a recommendation from another reviewer. It was my first time making a pie crust and it turned out flaky and wonderful.
