Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes
Very good recipe. My only suggestion is to add more brown sugar or pour a little pure maple syrup to potatoes once cooked. It just needs to be a little sweeter.

Depression Cake I
Suggestion: put hot mixture in freezer to cool, stir often. The first time I made this the hot liquid took hours to cool down. Butter cream frosting is delicious on top.

Gaye's Microwave Fudge
I tried replacing milk with soy milk since I can't handle dairy. Warning! It doesn't work at all.
