Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
This was awesome! A nice change/step-up from your basic pumpkin pie.

Cranberry Applesauce Muffins
I was expecting these to be a lot sweeter than they were. The cranberries were so tart and even the dough part isn't sweet. They made my mouth pucker everytime I took a bite. I won't be making these again. For anyone trying these, substitute sweetened applesauce and sweetened cranberries, if possible.

Fancy Brownies
I've made this recipe about 3-4 times now, and its always a big hit. I get asked for the recipe everytime. I think the toffee chips add a lot, because you get that nice crunch when you bite into it. The only issue I run into is the dough is really sticky and hard to spread and it never seems like I have enough for the top layer, no matter how little I put on the bottom. But that doesn't really affect the taste, so it doesn't matter much.
