Oven-Fried Pork Chops
These were good, but I too had trouble with the stuffing mix sticking to the chops. I will try the suggestions of the other users (using fine bread crumbs or putting the stuffing mix in the food processor). Otherwise, it was tasty and easy!

Overnight Caramel French Toast
This was a hit at our house--took it to our ladies church breakfast and they loved it also! I liked the idea of making it the night before. Excellent!

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
This was awesome! Been on the search for the restaurant style fluffy pancakes for a long time and I think I found it. It does makes lots, but I made them all and froze the remainder for a quick breakfast or evening meal. Thanks!
