I'm a college student from the suburbs of St. Louis. I enjoy literature, art, ministry, cooking, and people. I love to cook for my friends family, and whoever I possibly can! I love baking. I'll bake anything. I make up my own recipes, usually on the fly for quick and easy at home meals. I have a bigfamily, so it's fun to try to think of creative meals that go a long way. At Christmas, we make hundreds of cookies and give them away on trays as gifts to local offices, families, or individuals. We've been doing it for years now, and it's always been one of my favorite things. I am a genius with Irish food. My Irish Soda bread is renown, and my Kerry Apple Cake is amazing. I am also good at making fast, make-do meals. I have yet to perfect my tortilla chips.
