I grew up gardening and cooking learning from the best, my mother and grandmother- good German stock Italian and Mexican are my favorite. I also love old fashioned comfort foods-soups, stews roasted meats and veggies. I love to cook with foods I grow myself My husbands family gets together once a year to make Gritswurst, a bulk sausage made from cooked bef, pork, oatmeal and allspice. We have a good time and it's yummy! I have mastered Salsa! I will be entering my canned salsa into our State Fair next year. I have people ordering it by the quart. I make it in batches of 3 gallons. I can't think of any, though I don't enjoy baking.
