Amish Breakfast Casserole
Very satisfying! I'm not a breakfast eater but my husband is. We both liked it and even enjoyed leftovers. I used sage sausage and garlic powder. I can see myself using this as a base recipe and doing lots of different variations. Such as, adding a can of Rotel.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I did as others suggested and used butter and shortning. They were great! One of the best cookies I've ever made!! I will use this recipe as a base to make other cookies!

Carrot Cake III
The best I ever made!!! In the kitchen I often make boo boos. This time I thought I was putting in my clear vanilla extract, but It actually was butter flavor extract. This was the best mistake I've ever made!! I will always use the butter extract now! I also followed other reviews and added 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar 3 tbls. butter extract 8 oz. crushed pineapple 3 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg left out the pecans and added them ontop with the icing as well as shaved coconut. Top notch!
